Domestic Shipping

$8 flate rate shipping applies for all domestic orders. Orders over 300 will include insurance, ILO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

International Shipping

$18 flat rate shipping applies for international orders. Orders over 300 will include insurance, ILO is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.

Returns

Returns are accepted for exchange or store credit within 30 days of purchase. Sale items and custom orders are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for shipping on returns, please contact us at heythere@ilompls.com for more information.
